It is with great pride that a recent review commented on our social responsibility. In an effort to reduce the footprint we leave, Chef Mike and the staff have implemented and recycling program that will see us recycle 15 tons of glass, tin, oil, plastic and cardboard per year.
In addition, we work with local farmers and gardeners and will compost nearly twelve tons of vegetable debris this year!
